“I love this pen. I’ve tried so many different fountain pens. This one is exceptional. It’s balance, writing precision, classic look...I just love it."
- Steve L.
“I just got my new pen out of the mailbox, came back inside, loaded my ink and tried it. WOW! In all seriousness, it writes smoother and more even then my Montblancs. I’m am amazed and thoroughly pleased. Kudos”
- Sara N.
“I purchased this pen for my husband Jack. He loves it he said it is the best fountain pen he has ever had. He’s really over the moon about it. You have made a very fine quality pen for a price that we can afford. Congratulations on your excellent craftsmanship. We will be buying from your company again.”
- Gena B.
“I’m loving my new Webson Gill. I am a fountain pen “nut” and have collected many over the years. My Webson Gill is the best yet. Thanks for persistent advertising which convinced me to try it out - I’m glad I did!"
- Frank R.
For the past 25 years, I have been writing with fountain pens. Inspired by my grandfather's Shaffer White Dot, I started with Waterman's and moved around the pen world pricing from around $75 to $200. Your pen has joined my elite group: Pelikan, Conklin, and Kaweco. The others are on display as art objects and I periodically write with them and then clean and park them again. The feature Webson has I like with the three mentioned is that the seal is close to airtight and the ink doesn't dry. I can lift any of the four out of my writing bag and write. They may have sat for a day or a week; they are ready to write.

My Webson Gill is one of the finest--if not the finest-- fountain pens I have owned. Its construction is solid; its heft impressive; it looks striking; the ink flow is smooth and steady; the little details thoughtful and useful. I own many fountain pens from Mont Blancs and Waterman pens to, uh, well, cheapies and knock-offs. I have written with fountain pens off and on for over 50 years. The Webson Gill sparks a renaissance in pen manufacture and usage and has rekindled my love for handwriting. My only improvement suggestion is to add slightly raised ribbing on the nib grip to improve hold and control.

Your company has changed the definition of customer service. I have been emailing Jamie for the past few weeks. I would appreciate if there is an owner or someone I could contact about my entire Webson Gill experience. Too bad the scale stops at 10 because you all earned significantly higher scores all along the way. I think your owner(s) should hear first hand from a customer how impressed and satisfied I am. I have bought fountain pens from Cartier, Mont Blanc, S.T. Dupont, Montegrappa and others with some of these pens costing well over $1,000. I have never had a buying experience that has come close to this pen. Trust me, I will brag to my friends! Thank you for your email. I hope all is well and my pen is on its way. Count me for a reference should you need it. You have earned it.
